We live in Grotto Bay in the Swartland and found ourselves in a predicament on Saturday the 8th of July 2023, where our septic tank had filled up due to overnight rains etc. Unfortunately, the municipality only services the area once a week on a Wednesday and we couldn’t wait until then.
We had called around and most companies could not or did not want to assist, because of the location i.e. about 60km North of the City of Cape Town or they were way too expensive because of distances etc. I happened to come across Septic Vac on the internet and even though they are based in Paarl and it was a Saturday, they had no issue to come and assist. Their quote was very reasonable given the distance and the fact that it was a weekend. They were professional throughout. The team that arrived were also friendly and professional.
It is so pleasant in this day and age, to (a) get someone that will assist at the drop of a hat and (b) be professional and pleasant throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth and was such a relief to us. We really wish to thank the whole team and with such dedication and service, we wish them a prosperous future.
